Bolt Cluster Placement

Bolt clusters are pre-made jigs consisting of the required number of bolts necessary to fix down fabricated steel frame columns. They are precision made and put together using a ply plate drilled to hold the bolts in place within a cone. They are cast with the concrete, either slab level or pad level. Once cured, the plate is removed leaving the bolts to have a certain play until the steel column is attached and grouted in afterwards.
